Suggestion headline: I suggest that You consider using /rp for players that are in restricted zone a valable reason ( restricted zone : Parkings of Police stations in all server )

Why should it be accepted: I find that law enforcments places shouldn't be easily accesable , even when someone manage to use a cop bike or car his wanted level increase , so that explains that all what belongs to cops isn't public , and of course this includes Parking places . Moreover it sounds logic because in real life you can't park or get in police restricted places . An exception can be made for bounty hunter since he need to get in to benefit from weapons/armour so when you use /rp on a bounty hunter it says you can't because he has the right to be in this zone . You mentionned in the servers rules thats reasons aren't limited but i've posted this so you can confirm it's a valid reason , and to avoid getting in long conversations with players about it

The SWAT and ARMY zones automatically give wanted levels if you stay near them for too long, and that is realistic. No one is going to wander into the middle of an Airforce Base and just start reading a magazine.

On the flip side, EVERYONE is allowed inside a police station. Police precincts are considered 'Safe Place Refugee" locations. No matter what is going on, how bad of an emergency there is, anyone who wants to or needs to go stay at the local police station can do so. Tornado? They will give you shelter. Freezing cold? They hand you a cup of hot coffee. Just gave birth in the alley and don't want to keep your child? They will take the baby and care for it until CPS comes to move it to a foster home with NO! QUESTIONS! ASKED! (fire stations do this all too btw)

Also, let's look at the coding side. How the hell do you propose making it work? /rp will work on anyone who is NOT a leo. So now, under your idea, bounty hunters get hundreds of /rp abuses tossed at them. There is no way for cops to know a BHs class, nor is there a way to exclude them from the code as a criminal. So making this a thing means no guns for BH class, basically wrecking it.

I feel like this is purely you trying to get away with /rp abuse by tricking staff into thinking this is a good idea. So just stop this entire line here.

Hello , first of all im not trying to get away with anything , i've always been careful about rules so as not to infringe them and if im posting this, it's to make sure that what im doing is right ,
im not tricking anyone , this is a simple suggestion that can be either accepted or denied . Next thing , you help me to correct my idea when you mentionned the system present in swat and army zones , now that i know the suspect get automaticaly increased wanted level when they get near it i do also agree that there's no reason to /rp . However you have to know that we're in GTA , so there is no tornados, no frezzing cold , no babies that need shelter , I've seen your suggestion about Roleplay things , so i understand your point of view , but you have to admit that the Cops and robbers mode is dominating and every decision made shouldn't be based on Roleplay . so if you wan't to look at this while keeping the roleplay side you could said that there's no problem if civilians get in interiors of police stations , it can be to make a complaint or ask about stuffs i agree for that , but not the Parking , this one is private to Cop and not public , by the way it's the reason that pushed me to post this , seeing white people getting in parking where there's only cops stuff and waiting the perfect moment to rob/rape or kidnap withtout being able to react doesn't seems to be logic . last thing , you talk about coding part , what i asked for is to add one more thing , when you wan't to /rp a bounty hunter who's in parking a message appears saying , you can't /rp Bounty hunters they have access to this zone , and i do think that it can be made , since when you get into the swat zone the system detect that you are in that place and it knows also that you're not a cop , same thing should be done for bounty hunters when they're in parkings of police stations and this is a little step to take in order to avoid /rp abuses .

Yeah i understand it's annoying to have random people around PD waiting to rob/rape/kidnap anyone they see, but /rp wouldn't fix this, since /rp just gives you 1 wanted level and it won't change anything for the players around PD.

/rp isn't a solution for this, although i see cops /rp'ing for 'trespassing into police parking lot' and i'm not bothered by that since random civilians shouldn't be there anyway.

Doesn't matter if we can't arrest them or kill them , making them yellow and fine will give you the same reward if you kill an orange player ( 1 score , we can ignore money ) the purpose of that is to have the right to react when there's bunch of white camping in the parking in order to do criminal activities on cops , you'll definitely think of that when there's only few wanted players , and a bunch of civilians walking behind you waiting the time that suits them

Well the safe-zone exists for a reason, they can't do much unless you step outside the zone which doesn't count as a police property. Interior of police dept isn't part of safe-zone and i would recommend a change in that, although that's gonna be bit off-topic to mention the reasons behind it, but one main reason, many of those players outside PD zone wait for you to enter the PD so that they can rob/rape you which gives them easy score and they get paroled most of the time and the cycle repeats.

The encouragement of /rp usage isn't really ideal since we see multiple cops abusing /rp command in order to get easy score and get away with it on daily basis.

I do like your suggestion, but in my opinion, it would cause more trouble than any good use.

I do like your suggestion, but in my opinion, it would cause more trouble than any good use.

Im confused now , i don't understand how can my idea bring more bad effects than a good one , You said that the encouragement of /rp usage means the encouragement of making
more abuses with this command , but you have to know that what im proposing is something that can make the /rp in one case not an abus so im reducing that abus usage besides i talk also about the system that block cops when they want to /rp bounty hunters in that restricted zone , and it's a little step that can be made in order to limit the abus that can be seen while you're playing . So if you think that /rp is a break in cop's system that allow seeing a lot of abus , i think you've to creat a isolated topic requesting to remove it or make a rework because the main idea in mine is about to reduce abus

Not all the rp reasons are mentioned in the rules but if the reason is roleplayish it can be used and in this case it looks valid have you confirmed this reason with an admin?

I do perfectly know that it sounds like a valid reason to use,however not anyone wil see it as we do,that's why even asking one member of staff about can't deal with this,because it's very likely that another admin won't have the same opinion,and if it's not the case,it will be a normal player who complains about it.it's pretty clear due to last comments that players won't all agree with you and me or see it as a valid reason,So posting this will just make the idea clear , and will be a reponse in case people end up agreeing with us .

I dont think this is needed civilians are ment to be in PD area. I agree that most of themen just stay there to rob and rape. Solution for that is to have a wallet and if he robs he will be finable then just /RP him for attempt to rob he will get wanted and arrest him. If you dont have a wallet then direct arrest him.
