Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear:no idea
Describe the bug: Basicly the player does not spawn with the army vip features such as sawn offs, chainsaw,injections, wallet and cork so on. but he can access the vehicles and shows that he is a vip player
Frequency: always
Severity: well no idea but it pretty much half of the package goes to waste.
