Asking for a test without even having a testing left template? Do you know how annoying it is to the testers? We (Blackouts testers/staff) have told many applicants not to ask for a test without having a testing left template, but some applicants still seem to ignore this message. van.dessil101, I've told you that you should wait for a testing left template before asking for a test, why did you still continue to ask a different tester for a test, still without having a testing left template, after I've told you that you shouldn't be doing that? I hope this won't continue, since we've had many applicants (not mentioning names) doing the same thing, but we just took it as a slap on the wrist. Keep in mind, if this still continues regularly, we'll have to take actions.
I hope that this message will tighten up some things better around here.

Addition: Asking for test without having template of testers posted is strictly forbidden! Exceptions to those applicants who have 2 or less days left to get tested.
