Why should it be accepted: I think It'll be better and useful if we will get some discounts for purchasing perks for a longer time, so we can buy it once for a longer time with a small discount.

Don't bargain here please, Seems like you want easy way but that's not how you will have fun.

If we make longer discount then some months server will run out of funds and none will donate so server wont live like this.

I think making it so perks last for a longer time might have some downsides, as players mentioned. We already have this for DPs, the more you buy the less you pay per DP. In addition Christmas is a good time to purchase stuff because of the discounts, so take advantage of it.
