When did the bug appear: xmas update
Describe the bug: once you get arrested and santa recudes your time you cannot use jailcard because it says you're jailed by admin

Steps to reproduce: get jailed > make santa redue ur time > /usejailcard

We are already aware of it, however thanks for reporting it.

Once this has been fixed the topic will be updated.
