Hello Lsrcr!

I'm here to report the ARMY member ''CrazyQuentin'' that Killed me without reason with a Totally DRIVE-BY!
(When i say totally i mean i had Full HEALTH and below-half armor )

Let me tell the story! I was in front of LSPD and i was chasing an ORANGE colour Guy while we both on Foot!
After few mins of chasing i Finally /taze and /cuff him but then ''CrazyQuentin'' came and started shooting from in side of an ARMY Veh (well known as DRIVE-BY)!

I end up killed and he end up arresting the guy i already had /taze and /cuff him!!

Idk what to say, but players like that dude must not be at ARMY cuz they obviously don't know all the rules REQUIRED!!
I leave it up to you cuz i trust all of ya

As a tagged member you should clearly know:

- Use the correct format to report.
- Cannot use edited images as proof.
- If SWAT or ARMY member is breaking the rules report him in the SWAT / ARMY section.
- Cannot report for a single deathmatch.

And by the way, I didn't arrest nor kill him as a other officer killed him.

You only tazed him but never cuffed so your statement of you cuffing him is wrong.

Before reporting someone, you must know if the person did actually break the rule on purpose, if a person breaks a rule by accident then you don't need to report for that, because many accidents or mistakes can happen.
Deathmatching(DM):
Don't report for everything you see in the deathlist or infront of you, before reporting you must be sure if the person did it by accident or on purpose, for example: when a cop chases a suspect and he accidentally kills his teammate because of fireline etc.. That's an accident.
Note: You don't need to report a person for deathmatching if he apologised to you, everyone make mistakes.
