I actually stoped my vehicle at the hospital but when i dragged him it was there at hot dog machine and i even said sorry to him in PM's and he was okay with it, i was going to eject him when i dragged him and was going to eject but there was another cop (tez_far5a) he killed me while standing on my bike (punched me to death), i did that i accept it and it was my mistake but i said sorry to him and he was okay with it but he still reported so that is all my defense and edit: he didn't got arrested for it as the cop who killed me was his friend.

Kawish is an old and experienced member, he should have been careful with handling you, maybe this is a mistake and he tried to talk to you, but since it's an official report now, we can't let it slide.

An official SWAT warning will be attached after his name for dragging a suspect out of the range.
