Why should it be accepted: Type how much you want here to explain your thought:I think people should be allowed the rent houses because it will allow those who cannot afford to buy houses to rent them temporarily.It helps the owner make some bad(new economy is harsh). We should put another option below 'Buy house' called 'Rent House' and the amount you can rent the house for depends on the number of days.For example: 7 days(1 week),it can be $300.15 days,it can be $750,and for a month it can be $3000.Also,every time you log in,you'll be reminded the number of days after hich you should pay that rent(Eg: 'House rent:30 days left,12 days left,5 days left" and after the 7,15 or 30 days are over,you should pay the amount.If you don't,its reportable and also could also be banned.

Please make separate topics for suggestions, it's hard to track if if there's multiple suggestions in a single topic.

They are already working on this

As said above, were already working on house rental stuff for V9.1.
So, the suggestion is already accepted. I’d still like to hear ideas for how it could work though!

I suppose Luxury house renting could give tenants access to the vehicles? But while renting, the owner cannot? Maybe something like that?

A better option: Transfer the amount directly from the tenant's bank to the Owner's bank to avoid such situations. The moment they agree to the rent and the provided time period the amount gets transferred right away, once the time period has passed, they lose their tenant status.

The administration team already has a lot to deal with so let's not stress them out with reports concerning renting agreements.

Agree with this one

Lux house owner should be able to use the house and even the cars while renting... The amount should be paid directly when dealing and must be taken from bank rather than in pocket and like twitter said the expiring details maybe provided at each spawn or death.

Keeping houses in general in mind (including the future rented ones) - what is the purpose of owning a house? Currently, it’s as follows (in my eyes):

Advantages of owning/renting a house:
> A fixed spawn that you choose
> An interior/location to chill/rp in.

Disadvantages:
> Can get a fixed spawn by some skins/classes, or by being a group member for “free”
> Spawns above provide access to vehicles (and sometimes drugs/weapons/items too) without the player spending a dime
> You are more likely to chill and have fun in your groups base than in your own house since more people can be involved (although maybe in your house you can have more control of who is there)
> You’re limited to one undonated house, whereas you can be in as many groups as you’re accepted in

Simply in my eyes there’s a clear conclusion: houses were a big aspect when groups weren’t what they are right now, so you have to think of ways to make owning a house worth it. If you make houses worth it, you’re inherently giving a purpose to renting a house for those that can’t afford the benefits of having a house for themselves.

I’ll expand more a bit on #discussion since here it will be glanced over or just not replied at with effort, but that’s my “summarized” opinion above. Make owning (and therefore renting) a house worth it.

Rally is right, owning a house is kinda pointless these days with so much groups, unless it's a luxury one.

And disable renting luxury houses. Doesn't make sense unless minimum huge price for rent is set on them.
