Why should it be accepted: Type how much you want here to explain your thought: I know it used to be abused and was then removed but there's a solution I have. Bring it back but keep it timed.(for example,you can rob ATM between 14:00 to 17:00 hours game time).

Let's not add pointless job to developers. There are already enough shops you can rob. Idk how is the refilling system now, but if it's as it used be (trucks at main bank were supposed to refill ATMs, else it would be empty ) ATMs would be empty most of time.
Next time just try to think of cons, not only pros of suggestion. And try to suggest something useful like increasing the amount we can withdraw...

I am not quire sure but there was a reason why ATMs were made non-robbable after some point. Players used to be able to rob them in the past.

It has been a thought, and it might be worked on 9.1.

For now it will be put on-hold since it needs to be discussed further. Any suggestions/feedback is always appreciated.

No updates as of now. Currently some bugs are being fixed. ATM still needs to be discussed before worked on, and if pushed it will probably be included in a massive update similar to V.9.
