Why should it be accepted:

Luxury Houses were quite successful, and considering it's limited (and almost sold out), I had the idea of Luxury Apartments by using the building with the elevator in Rodeo, with each floor being purchasable through DP or €/$ like the Luxury Houses are.

Each floor could each be mapped a bit differently to give the floors some uniqueness. In Rodeo there could be Luxury Cars in the garageunderground parking lot (sorry was tired when i wrote this), maybe an items sales-point or something of the likes - I'm not entirely sure what perks could be added, so I urge anyone who supports this suggestion to suggest some perks. Also maybe the higher the floor of the apartment, the fancier it is, or if it's at all possible, be able to setup a preset Apartment Floor Plan (like house interiors, but without the interior part).

The reason I find this will be beneficial to both the server and the players is simple; players get a fancy apartment with Luxury Vehicles (much like Luxury Houses), a great view and whatnot, while the server benefits from extra donations through purchasing a Luxury Apartment.

Basically everyone buys a luxury house is to get a cp to spawn a vehicle right near their house instead of going to a near by carshop and to ride those luxury vehicles as well as a unique machine that refills your health to full hp with just 1 food item ,(subwoofers, sky diving, hotdog stall a pool (lower priority))and an exclusive interior worth 20dps+ all these features just for 15dps or 10 euros including me and others these are the main features that impress a person to buy a luxury house, soo anyother things that has to be paid an additional amount after purchasing a luxury house should not be added not everyone would buy it firstly there are limited amount of luxury houses and in those limited amount of houses again a few people would buy additional features like paying some extra money which is a complete waste there is also a 24/7 (69cents )near by i dont really agree with paying any additional amount for more features

I've already shown Mastro the place where Luxury Apartments can potentialy be (the first week of v9) but due to v9 update, Developers are exhausted and this feature must require a lot of work on it so he said he'll note it but it's not coming any soon.

Perhaps you misunderstood me, there would be a vehicle tow-point as well in the underground garage. Also by

I meant that each floor is an apartment that each player could purchase, I in no way suggested that extra features should be purchased on top of the Luxury Apartment.

I will leave the topic open in case you guys want to suggest something regarding this recent update. Let us know!

Object limits have been increased and will be increased even more if possible.

What more would you like to see?

Two ideas that might be implemented:
1. Storing weapons
2. Door bell (for restricted mode)
Basically, if a player is calling the elevator, the apartment owner, if present, would be prompted with an option to enable the elevator for the player.

More objects or in-game commands can be suggested here as well. If there's anything we can do to simplify the editing, you can suggest it here. If you feel the apartments are too expensive you can discuss this here as well!
