When did the bug appear: Since the new forums release
Describe the bug: Quite simple, If you click on UCP on the top right, it redirects you to the top 25 stats.
Frequency: Always
Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: Visit any forum page or index page, click on UCP on top right, that should do it.
