Additional information: In the first video, he noticed the civilian but he still shot. As an army member its his responsibility to make sure whether any innocent is nearby or not and he failed to acknowledge his responsibility.
In the second video, it could be a joke but he shouldnt have done it because army is supposed to act serious at all times. His actions reflect upon the whole faction and he's setting a bad example for others.

In the first video, it is clearly my mistake and I accept it, I will accept any punishment that the army high command gives me.
In the second video, I was just joking around with you all, we were even together on teamspeak, I didn't know you took it seriously, I'm sorry I won't joke around with him or you like that anymore.

it was a joke but army vehicles are not meant to be played around with. You have to abide by the rules because your actions reflect upon your faction aswell.
I know that the rest of members don't play seriously aswell but they at least stay in their limits.
You have actually broken 3 rules in total.
1, Army members must play serious.
2, Tank DM.
3, Hunter DM.

What are you trying to proof if toast doesn't have a problem why do you? Also, it was to once only have you seen my doing that continuously? It's clearly report hunt. You were with us on ts3 why didn't you tell me when I dmed him? As an old member you shoud've talked to me before reporting. I'll leave this to an Army high command I won't reply I know you are gonna accuse more but I mentioned my reason already.

From Diesel's point of view, that civ was behind a wall and only got into image when he couldn't react anymore and already shot. A simple mistake that shouldn't happen, but we'll let this one slide with a verbal warning. Just make sure to check the surroundings (and minimap) before opening fire.


As for the second video, does anyone (including those involved around) like to add anything before it's dealt with?

I get that it was a joke but it has become an Army High Command matter now and I leave it in their hands since it was clearly an Army rule break and I have no right to deal with it on my own. I leave the matter in the hands of the Generals.

Although we are rather laid-back when it comes to members not being super-serious, it's certainly not allowed to straight up deathmatch other players.

@diesel you call straight up deathmatching, on purpose, a 'report hunt'? That makes no sense...

A warning will be added to Diesel's name along with a demotion.
