Describe the bug: When you switch to criminal from Army skin, you wouldn't be able to damage any Law Enforcement class officer unless you rape any of them.
Frequency: always
Severity: blocker
Steps to reproduce: Be an Army officer, use /kill or suicide then switch to crime - get wanted and try to damage a cop and you wouldn't be able to damage any of them.

This also happens when you switch from swat skin and get wanted.
