Notes(if any): the screenshot is so clear, i went to lsa to get wanted then i saw e.e with carl__carl, i got wanted then i was dueling e.e, after i died he came and robbed me

Carl_Carl's intentions were to get wanted asap not to harm you in any way, but still it was wrong to rob your own teammate. Carl_Carl will be given a verbal warning this time , if he does it again make sure to report again and action will be taken accordingly.
