Renegades roof checkpoint bug.

Where does the bug appear: (server/forum)
When did the bug appear: Since last V9 update.
Describe the bug: At Renegades garage when you try to use roof checkpoint it shows '' You need to be spawned at this group to access this building. '' Only spawned members can access that checkpoint even if they are wanted suspects.
Frequency: (rare/always)
Severity: (major/minor/blocker)
Steps to reproduce: Try to spawn in Renegades then try accessing the roof checkpoint in both skins, wanted and leo.
NOTE: that gives the wanted spawned members advantage.
