Adding new rule.

Your name - [Lsrcr]Grand
Suggestion headline - Add a new rule which is (Wanted players can't team/bring a civilian to team up with, when Army members try to attack using any Army vehicle).
Picture - Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion - 4/10
Why should it be accepted - I have lately noticed many wanted players doing this, they always team up with civilians, so that they can evade Army attack. and that really makes no sense, you feel like army vehicles are useless, and sometimes it leads to unintended rulebreaks because they cannot see the civilian when there are a lot of players cophunting using a sultan vehicle, i would also like to see your opinions about that, thanks.

+1, this wasn't allowed before and it shouldn't be now.
It's insanely annoying, pretty unfair.

For those that will say how powerful the Army vehicles are: they're not at all. Army vehicles are heavily limited by the rules, and lets not forget how stupidly slow a Rhino is and how hard it is to manoeuvre a Hydra (which is 2x the size of the average car AND very sensitive to bumping into stuff) through a city.

Teaming with a criminal makes you guilty as much as he is, so instead of adding a rule, this should be scripted the way so if an innocent has contact with criminal(s), he'll become wanted too.

This way people will be aware of the consequences if they pick up a criminal and in my opinion it's perfectly balanced rather than totally not allowing them to have any contacts at all with criminals as it would be in advantage of LEOs.

Most of the cophunters are using that excuse to evade Army and Swat attack which were said by Moral already, on behalf of being part of the S.A. Army, I would say that I have expirienced that many times, it makes me so confusing and they abuse that thing so therefore it's pretty unfair.

That in my opinion would be way too much. Civilians should have the right to team with wanted players and vice versa if they want to, especially when even LEOs (!) can. Too many restrictions is generally not a good idea, especially when it's often hard to deal with/enforce.

We recently made it so target player receives damage when teaming up with a non-target player (e.g white driving, criminal at the top), in order to somewhat prevent players from taking advantage of it. In addition, a white player eventually becomes wanted if they hang with a criminal for too long.

What you are suggesting has more to do with S.W.A.T./Army rather than the server. SWAT bomb doesn't damage civilians at all as far as I know, and as for Rhino/Hydra/Hunter rules that belongs to the Army suggestion section. However how I see it is that if an innocent player purposely teams with a highly wanted suspect to render Army vehicles useless then soldiers should be able to engage. They do it at their own risk.

Wanted players can damage LEOs even if they are teaming with Civilians but army can't shoot/damage them using army vehicles, so army vehicles will be more useless since everyone is teaming with innocent to evade army attack nowadays, and that really gives them an advantage.

I'm not suggesting something for army, we just want to add a new rule for the server that says "you can't team up with any innocent while being engaged by an army soldier", or as snipaxxyy said before, this should be scripted the way so if an innocent has contact with criminal(s), he'll become wanted too.

This has always been allowed.

God, are the Army and SWAT so terrible lately you need new rules to your advantage just to win? As was pointed out before, what about the whites who team with LSPD and often rob our dead bodies then get fined by the cops they are with as a form of scoreboosting? You don't say anything about that now do you? What about the fact that MOST, not all, but most of the 'whites' driving with wanted, especially during cop hunts, are criminals who were busted/killed who hop back into the fray and just haven't become wanted YET. You're putting an awful lot into this when right now gameplay is more fair and balanced than I've seen it since I've started playing. Let's not forget you're the same one who thought you should be able to drive a tank into Terrorist's cop hunt interior which was denied after being rightfully laughed at by everyone.

Seriously, stop trying to make the game super overbalanced for LEOs. This is like your 9th unfair suggestion.

I'm just making some suggestions to make the game balanced and taking other opinions as well, i'm not a developer to add this or that in-game, i'm just suggesting something to the players if they agreed then let it be. you got banned for misbehaving once but i think you don't want to learn from your mistakes.

I believe adding such rule would increase amount of pointless reports and change the game-play as we know it. There is already a system regarding that (quote).
Regarding army vehicle restrictions - there should be new system which would automatically recognise if army player is in a vehicle within X radius, if so, civilian (surrounded by X criminals within X radius) would receive wanted level 3. After that civilian would receive message he has 10 seconds to get away from group, else he's going to be level 4 wanted. Of course adding such thing would waste too much time and probably wouldn't work great. -1 after all
