what ever this group was for, my friend show me this group and i just wanted to join its just a game and im here to have fun just it

This guy just got unbanned,have a mistake in his apply,wrote only one sentence in his reason that isn't even related to the group ...

60-40? Absolutely not.
Yes you 'can' cophunt but that's not the main purpose of the group, just because there's no restrictions on cophunt aspects it doesn't mean that it's supposedly cophunting group.
