This is clearly not an excuse mate.

The rule states that you shouldn't mega-jump if players have reason to attack you. As we can see on the screenshots you tried to reach highground using mega-jump which is, again, not allowed.

An official warning has been added to your account for mega-jumping whilst wanted. Please do not repeat it.
