Suggestion headline: You cannot do a robbing spree or rob the bank if thee are less than 20 people online

Why should it be accepted: We did the economy update to make money harder to get, but when there are 15 people online and only 2 are cops, anyone could easily get on a robbing spree, rob the bank and basically get free money without getting challenged by a cop. Its no point on this and might be unfair to the players who can only play on a crowded timezone while giving advantage to players who can also play on timezones that have few players on.
So, if the server has less than 20 people online, after you rob 3 shops in a row, you'd have to either die or get arrested to rob another shop. And as for banks and casinos, it simply wont allow you to rob them. It should give also give a chat message when the 20th player leaves that limited robbing has been activated.
It does sound like its not needed at all, but something has to be done because players are basically getting free money without the slightest risk of getting arrested and killed and robbed.

You'll never be able to do it then. Its already so hard to get money. Try start from zero maybe in a uc account try to gain some cash and tell me. -1

Although u have a valid point here, but it cannot be Fair or perfectly balanced to everyone each time brother and this has been going on almost since many years i believe, (Apart from the economy change) before the update it was going on the same way right!
Moreover when there are few players some players select cop skin to take out revenge and try to kill their enemy or the criminals around them its free of choice people can choose what ever skin they want even if there are less players they can still select cop skin that much of facility is provided for players to decide what ever skin they need, so its ok according to me and i don't think it can get balanced in anyway for different time zones or any restrictions to it lets not make it so complicated .

Terrible idea. While agree it is easy to do when no cops are online, robbing shops is LONG. Getting any decent streak (100+) takes a full hour, and in that hour at least one cop is guaranteed to log in and hassle you.
