Your suggestion: You shouldn't be able to spawn as swat if you left the server with "jailtime" remaining.
Reason: Swats shouldn't be in jail at all and it's kinda unrealistic. Plus you're wasting time there in jail instead of playing inskin and doing your job.

Sounds rather as a server suggestion since not only SWAT (LEO) can be jailed.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. This shouldn't be happening only with SWAT as suggested, but with every class and that's why I think it takes place on Server Suggestions rather than SWAT faction suggestions.
