well, in that time i was lagging too much, i dropped the car near PD not in the checkpoint, maybe in your screen was that but i really made sure to make it away from the checkpoint. also i've talked with the other members and some of them said that it wasn't in the CP, i actually didn't understand how is that happened. perhaps from the lag, anyways, i'll accept any punishment that swat staff team gives me as it was a mistake and as i said, the car wasn't in the checkpoint before dragging, that's why i dragged him.

i said what i've seen and i wouldn't drag if the car is in the CP, as i said, i left the car away from the checkpoint but after dragging you it didn't appear, that's why i'm thinking of lag or something like this.

I have received additional video where the vehicle is indeed slightly far away from the checkpoint for Lander. It's a common issue with SA:MP when vehicles don't sync at the same place for everyone.
