Why should it be accepted: Hello, so there are many players who joins the server but can't understand english, so they won't understand the rules, that would lead to rulebreak, and he is going to be punished, so im suggesting is to make a small english test to start after creating a password and your email (which should be verifed) so you can log in and play. So after passing this test they will be able to understand if someone is trying to help them and showing them, cuz sometimes we trying to help them but they don't undertand, even admins can't help them.

Hope it's a good suggestion..

I like the idea... but it would also mean our already abysmal player count drops to zero...

I like this idea but also how about showing them the rules in their language too if they failed cause they should know the rules anyway and maybe that will help.
Like writing the server rules in other languages and make them select which language they are speaking and show them the rules in their language and they will understand also by the time they will start learning small English words and maybe they will be able to speak and communicate better with the players.

it's a good idea but also players who play in cafe old players will do this test for others players we should also put a punishment for people who do that also this test should be normal as more players have 5k+ dont understand english and this test maybe will be hard in his eyes

No one reads rules on their first time lol even i didnt, i skipped them all

I disagree. We learn by experimenting and experiencing something in this case by playing. If you take that from someone at the start, by not allowing them to play without english knowledge, people will never learn and as mentioned above, it'll affect the player count, which won't be good for all of us.

If they don't understand something, we should try until they understand. Do not give up. Patience.

The youngest players don't understand the basic rules, like not to ask for rights. you think they will understand the English test system?

-1 We have around 60% egyptian & pakistani players, also if you check in daily basis you will see most of newcomers are egyptian pakistani or filipinos probably their computers doesn"t support other new games? it will affect the player count.

yeah exactly , the kids and youngest players can't understand english , so , how they'll pass the english test?
i started playing samp without knowing anything of the english langauge , zero english knowledge ,
but i improved it here , so , they can improve their english then they will understood the english in their own , and also they can find the rules in 3 langauges from here
