Why should it be accepted: this suggestion is important for people who don't know English, insult, speak other langs in main chat lets put small mute from 20 to 60 sec for people who speak other langs and this things and they will know it's not allowed and will learn from this thanks for reading and i hope my suggestion like you

If you're talking about something that reads a player's message and can tell if it's foreign or not, no. It isn't needed to put that much work in if staffs can easily mute them. Also, staff should be muting these players.

If you're just talking about a new rule, also no. As I've said above, it's a job that staff should take care of.

okay we can say stop or english only in main chat
what about players have 10 and 9 years/ dont know english yesterday juicy and me seen more players speak forbidden language in main chat we have told them more 10 times it's not allowed english only but if there small mute they will know it's not allowed or will lead to mute will not do it again

In my opinion, this suggestion is unnecessary, because this is the employees ’decision, and they can do this easily with a succession that you can tell them to speak English.Easily just from me now better

Players that insults or speak foreign languages doesn't highly impact the quality of the gameplay and the problem can easily be solved by using /ignore. If you wish to make them understand but talking doesn't help, take screenshots and report them on forum, im pretty sure the staff will help them to understand what harm they've done.

As for the Automatic mute system you're suggesting, like richano said, it's hard to make something like that and there're high chances to see it failing and wrongly muting people. Moreover it's not really worth to spend time creating this mute system since, like i explained above, we already have a simple and easy solution.

We do a fairly good job in reminding those who speak other languages in the chat to use other chats to speak their language and to speak English in the mainchat. Players who frequently violate this rule tend to get muted by online staff sooner or later. I personally don't think it is such a huge issue that an auto-mute needs to be scripted. Like Veen stated, use /ignore [id] where possible.

maybe auto mute for 30 sec if he speaking in another language or insulting.

As some of the members pointed out, this isn't necessary. The Staff team can easily take care of them. You can additionally report players that speak foreign language in the forum report section.
