Reason: he wanted to team with me " uncuff " I said no need so he was following me all around and waiting me at the entrance of terrorits base to search me every time I spawn . it is annoyance that I have to /ta 250g of drugs just because someone is abusing .. I warned him but he didn't care .

Anything else: he even flew to alca after arresting me because he forgot to search me .

We can only see this happen once. We cannot know what was he doing or what was his intention based on his location. Searching someone upon spawn is not allowed only if it happens very often where it gets to the point for it to be considered as community annoyance, which I don't see the case here.

I will leave this unlocked for 24 hours in case you have more evidence to add.

I think you took it the wrong way when I asked you to give me rights for a certain task.
You asked me if I can become a Hitman and kill [Lsrcr]Grand for you in reply I told you the condition in which I can. I only said if you will grant me rights then i will be able to kill him for you. By that I meant, it will be easier for me to have guns and other facilities right at spawn so no time could be wasted and I shall go for taking the hit. To which you didn't reply and that kept me asking you if you wish to give me rights for that purpose or not. You took it in a wrong way.
