Reason: Preventing civilians into BM, ramming vehicles with intent to disable

Anything else: I was going to the BM to get some items when I see a blue dot on my minimap coming up behind me. I figured there were a lot of new cops online, not a big deal. Suddenly the reported user slams into my car at full speed, smashing it into the wall. I dove out because it was now smoking and I fully expected it to explode from the violent impact. I told the user he's not allowed to prevent entry into the BM. He CAN camp there for wanted coming out, but he cannot prevent users going in, at least to my understanding. There was also zero reason to ram my car in such a violent fashion aside from intentionally disabling it to prevent me escaping. He claimed he was 'only moving it' which is allowed, but in the screenshot you can see my door on the ground. If he was 'only moving it' the vehicle wouldn't be damaged. You can't damage a vehicle with no one in it. As I was still in the vehicle, his ram did significant damage, and you can see where my door popped off in the screenshot proving I was in the vehicle when he hit me. You can also see where I dove out versus where he and my car stopped, showing the force used against my vehicle. I drove out just before taking the picture as I was almost certain the car would explode, taking me with it. You can see where I tried to explain that blocking the DM and ramming for no reason isn't allowed, but I was met with insults and a very toxic attitude. I also told the user I wouldn't report him, because really it's insignificant. I'm only out 100 bucks for the car repairs. However I saw another user posted a report against this guy for bitching...

So I contacted the admin handling it, and was told to file a report with my proofs so the user can defend himself, so while I originally wasn't going to report, I was told by staff to do so.

I stopped moving your car with the help of my car when I saw it is time consuming and difficult to move it that way, so I decided to move it with the help of myself through pushing it.

In the pms I told you that I am allowed to move someone's car if there is no one in it but you didn't get it. YOU were not in the car when I was moving it.

1: Observe how am I running. The way when you push a car through running.
2: See when I reach the black market vehicle's position how are they getting rammed/moved. Do they move like that when I am running through it? Or they move like that when a car is being pushed at them? If you look a little bit closer you can see how far I am from the bikes and the cars of black market but they are still moving. Why? It is because in my screen I was pushing your car and it was getting touched by the black market vehicles.

Note: I wasn't preventing you from entering the black market. If I had to do that I would have stayed there or within the radius so you couldn't go in.

If you knew anything about me, you'd know that while I am a fierce fighter, I don't like fighting. I don't see a point in it. Violence is a last resort, not a first priority.

As I said, I jumped out after you rammed me at significant speed, breaking the door off and doing severe damage to my vehicle. You CANNOT damage a vehicle unless a user is inside it. If no one is in it, vehicles take no damage. Were I outside my vehicle, you couldn't hurt it. So the door on the ground proves my vehicle was heavily damaged just before the video.

That is a rather large radius actually, and where you were was indeed blocking it.

None of this excuses your attitude in the chat either, where you insult me and laugh and say "yeah go report, see how that goes". Given you use a forum name of "undercoveraccount" with barely any posts, and you had under 200 score last night, I'm questioning who exactly you are.

You are not such an amazing personality that I have to learn about you and your likes and dislikes. If you don't like fighting then why did you challenge me in 1 vs 1 combat? You should have thought about it before challenging me.

Your door on the ground could be on the floor for some other reason which you and I am not aware of. The door on the ground isn't a sufficient evidence to prove that I rammed your car while you being inside it. You have to provide sufficient evidence in order to prove that I rammed you when you were inside your car.

If the ram was before the video starts then you will have to prove it. Your evidence is not sufficient and a door on the ground can't prove what you are saying.

I have to stay within the radius in order to prevent you from entering the Black market and in the video that you have provided it can be seen that I was moving away and you didn't tried even once to enter the black market. You could say I was preventing you from entering the black market if I hadn't gone outside the radius, while you trying to enter it. Also, you need to give some time to the leo to go away from the radius. The Leo will not use a speed hack or teleport hack to get away from the radius within a few seconds. You certainly don't know how one prevents the other from going inside the black market.

My attitude depends on how the other person treats me. I didn't insult you as far as I remember. I just called you dumb for your lack of knowledge about a certain rule of the server. You can keep questioning yourself. This isn't my main account. I am using a undercover account. It is not a rocket science to understand it but for a person like you it might be.

Not once was I rude to you. Calling me dumb is rather immature. I know the rules of which I am talking about. I know it's not your main, and I'm wondering, which is? Why is Dollar of all people saying that if I remove this report you'll apologize to me? Who exactly are you? And "not rocket science to understand but for a person like you it might be"? Is that a shot at my Autism? Does my being autistic play any part in this report? Or your actions? I feel like the "person like yourself' and 'dumb' comments are coming off as you discriminating against my mental handicap, so let's add that to the report?

I have to stay within the radius in order to prevent you from entering the Black market and in the video that you have provided it can be seen that I was moving away and you didn't tried even once to enter the black market.

After you damaged my vehicle the way you did, it was no longer a safe option to drive. Instead of risking an escape with a heavily damaged car that might not survive a chase, I chose to go get it repaired then go back to the black market. Nothing more that calculated planning on my part. Had you not damaged it, I would have gone in and gotten my taze reflector as normal.

We see no rulebreak in the evidence provided. We can't know what happened before you started recording.
