Donated vehicle - unable to tow bug

Describe the bug: A vehicle purchased from UCP(ls-rcr.com/shop) won't be listed in car shop unless you own a vehicle which is bought from in-game car shop and thus making it unable to tow.
Frequency: always
Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce: Delete all the vehicles you own. Head to UCP and purchase a vehicle using DPs. Get to the car shop checkpoint and check the vehicles you own. The purchased vehicle won't be listed there.
Solution : Head to any in-game car shop and buy atleast one vehicle. This can be done prior to or after purchasing the donated vehicle from UCP. Either way it works.
