Defence: Honestly, I didn't consider the animation to be racist. I was using /pointup, which is a valid animation in /animlist. I wasn't making jokes with it or anything. I'm guessing someone confused it with the "Heil Hitler" salute, since someone commented "server the group, not the german" but that's the right arm extended out, palm flat.
My thinking was simple: My arm out like this makes it harder for people to get up (I was blocking the stairs to the gangway for the Terrorist base). Counterman came over and asked if I could stop, and I asked "stop what" because I assumed he meant the blocking on the stairs. Then DollarMan came over and said "Serve the group, not the ground" and suggested I use /dealstance, which is exactly what I did. I truly didn't mean to offend anyone, my thinking was "arm out, blocks the way". Not even the right arm. And when someone pointed it out, I instantly chaned my animation to /dealstance. I apologize if anyone took it wrong, that was never my intention. And as I said, as soon as it was pointed out, I changed to /dealstance. Pipo (The banning admin) was aware I changed stances also when asked, and yet chose to file a ban for three days anyways. That's really not fair because everyone knows I'm a fucking idiot and don't think things through. I'm many things, but racist isn't one of them. And as I said, I changed when it was pointed out. It should have been left there. And if people have an issue with the animation, I suggest staff remove it. It's not the Heil, but it is similar and I see how people could be confused, so maybe it shouldn't exist in the first place.
