Describe the bug: So basically this is a thing that didn't happen once. It happens almost every time i try to get out of garage. The problem is I somehow did managed to get out of garage. But than I got teleported back.
Frequency: always
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: This is the thing that happened in the group called "Renegades". (I don't know if this happened to anyone else.) All you have to do is to take a vehicle from garage and try to get out. Most of the time this message or error should appear.
And I don't have high ping. (My ping is 40-60)

I've tried it like 20 times and it never happened to me, event with different vehicles. I'm not really sure what the problem could be, maybe a misplacement. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes, it also happened to me but at that time I was having high ping(i.e near 300). Idk why it happened with you as you've mentioned that you were having 40 to 60 ping.
Ps: nothing to worry about it, this issue resolves itself in less than 1 minute.

It also happened to me with 250+ to 300 ping, same as in Conference Center bank [Los Santos City Bank(Main)]

This has been fixed and will be in the server soon.
