I need your help guys i don't know how to fix this problem.

If you just tried to search in SA-MP FORUMS you would find a solution for your problem. Anyway,
Singleplayer can't load for the following problems as follows :

1- You have installed SA:MP in the wrong folder.
2- Something is wrong with your SA-MP version, so, you have to re-install SA-MP, and here is the link to download SA-MP:

Solutions:
1- You can also try using Speakers or Headphones, that should make it work.

2- Try to uninstall your Mods if you have.

I should follow each method or each of the method have different problem

Just reinstall samp, should work

Your Samp version is 0.3.7 R4 and it's the last version so no problem from that side except if you've installed it in a different folder but i doubt that since your gta loads but it's just bugged. I think there's something wrong with your GTA folder, Try to download the game from another source and install Samp succesfully in the new Gta folder.

Un-check both of these.
