Accusing as a tagged member

Your name: [Donald]Trash_
Suggestion headline: Don't allow tagged members to accuse
Importance of suggestion: maybe a 5/10
Why should it be accepted: I do not know why the accusing rule was removed in the first place, it never should have removed for several reasons, like, when you accuse someone of something, that someone will use that something more carefully now, he will make sure to turn it on/off (toggle) on several occasions, making it even harder for admins to catch the culprit.

On the other hand, if you really want to allow it, which I think I know why it was allowed, there were so many useless reports regarding people accusing each other, allow it only for players that do not have the tag. That doesn't mean we will totally remove this rule and let people (specially tagged members) accuse other people.

Today, atleast 5 TAGGED MEMBERS have accused me of aimbotting. If you think I am aimbotting, do you really think it's smart to call it over mainchat so that I can use it more carefully now (assuming I am using it)? Not surprisingly, 2 of those tagged players were supporters. Are these the people who are supposed to help the community? Help by what? By accusing players? So that it's even harder for admins to catch the culprit? Absolutely rubbish.

TLDR;
Make a rule which states that tagged players shouldn't accuse.

Im positive about this, people that were reported for accusing were generally non tagged, so, i believe that if this suggestions is accepted, the amount of useless report regarding accusing will still be lowred and we'll keep the game atmosphere good because we're limitting people that are allowed to accuse others of whatever possession or rulebreak.

Perhaps it was removed for several other reasons that not everyone can think of.... perhaps they want on maintain a good daily players balance.

Accusing is just as easily ignorable as insults and such, in first place you should not be affected from someone accusing you if you're not doing what they're accusing you for.

Let's say it's more of a warning to people that others are able to tell they're playing the game unfairly and they shall stop doing it and continue playing just like everybody else or else they'll face consequences and end up in the Ban appeals section.

Focus on your gameplay, ignore what others say and you should be good.

Do you really think we're that stupid?

It's been a thing here for a very long time to say "gg aim" or "omg aimb0t" between members of the community who are part of the community. It's not an accusation, it's a joke. If we have been here long enough to earn the tag and so on, and we truly and honestly thought you were using an aimbot, trust me we would report you.

The rule was removed because of SO many report hunts. People were reporting "accusations" left and right over the tiniest of things. Hell I was reported for accusing at one post because mistyped a name and they thought I was accusing them of ban evade. The staff here are low on numbers and overworked already. And they are volunteers, they don't get any reward or pay. /so cluttering their already too large workload with more trash and minor inconveniences is just going to burn them out more.

Ultimately, it boils down to this: Many members of the community say it as a joke. We've been trying to bring you into the higher experienced community because you ARE a good player, and it's clear you're not going anywhere. We honestly do want you to be a community member, but it's going to require some work on your side. Part of that is learning to take a joke. I'm autistic, I miss sarcasm 90% of the time, but I still see when most of them are joking. And if it does bother you that much that someone jokingly called you an aimbot (even though everyone has kind of agreed you're not) ask them nicely to stop. Or use /ignore.

You REALLY need to take a moment, sit down with a tagged member (or several) and talk about the server. Instead of being Top Cop, ease up and go for a sunday drive with us. That's my honest advice for you, but as far as the suggestion goes, I'm going to have to say negative. Not because it's right (I think public accusing is also wrong btw) but because it will lead to too many people report hunting tagged members for jokes. We'd have people reported every time they say "Nice aim" which hell might not even be a joke but a real compliment. When English isn't their first language, and what they do speak is often a mess or google translate, that happens a lot. They misunderstand something, report it, and either they get denied and laughed at, or worse, someone gets punished for something they honestly didn't do, but they can't form a good defense either.

It's Positive, Tagged member should always respect other people and if they thinking that the player is Aimbot, TP Hacks etc... just report and don't say just /ignore accusing = provoking and it will lead to fight.

Every tagged member should know their limitations and they should be matured enough about that kind of stuff, I mean let's just use our common sense and why not just report it to an administrator quickly? and yes report hunt will definitely begin in that point especially to those people who are sensitive even you did said it only as a sarcastic, we the tagged members must be disciplined too and we should act like a good role model because we are "TAGGED".

To be honest, I'm not really against this suggestion but we should know too what is the main purpose of having a tag, just take a clelar proof of those who accused you and send it to any administrators, just simple as that and the staff will take some actions.

Perhaps if you really focused on your gameplay only, you wouldn't be accusing other players, which is exactly what I am suggesting, focus on your gameplay, accusing doesn't help.
This isn't about if I am being accused, this is for the people who really use aimbot / keybinders and then they are accused publicly, and they start using it even more smartly, which is extremely hard to catch. And I don't know how will removing that rule maintain a good playerbase lol, like, do players come in this server to accuse people? Is that the only reason left for the people to play here?

Too many reports for a valid and justified rule, doesn't mean you will remove the rule completely, modifying the rule was the solution. Do you know what is extremely weird? Ever since that accusing rule has been removed, only 1-2 people who don't have the tag have accused me, rest everyone was a tagged member, even worse, a supporter, and let me tell you, NONE of those accusers were being sarcastic with me, I can post enough evidence of the accuser(s), they are not my friends, so I don't get why would they be sarcastic?

@Chrinzen; I would have reported if it was still a rule, it's no longer a rule, so now everybody, specially tagged members are freely accusing anyone who kill them, because they consider themselves immortal and a god, if someone arrests them, its keybind, if someone kills them, its aimbot. They are pure skill, the opponent is pure trash

Clearly you have missed the point, I didn't make this only because I was getting annoyed, yes it is one of the reason why I made this. The main reason why this suggestion was made, was for the people who use illegal modifications, then start using it smartly when accused of doing so. Please read the suggestion carefully before posting your response.
