nah , but he killed me in the screen shot , means he follows me to take the hit abuse.

I'm afraid it's hard to verify the series of events prior to the hit and the kill just by using the screenshots you have provided. Mr.Enjoy could have very well not been a hitman and the hit may have been valid. In the future please take an immediate screenshot when an invalid hit is placed.
