Suggestion: /swnotes

Your Name: [Lsrcr]Veen
Your suggestion: Add a Notes that all swat members can see, for example when a swat member does /swnote (id) (note) , it'll assign a note on the suspect name for example 'Always using a roof at San fierro buildings, Helicopter needed.' or 'Usually driving Infernus and tend to escape toward the desert when he sees leos near-by'. This note will forever stay on his name, swat members may use /swnotes (id) to see all notes given on a specific player. Also this must be used seriously , there's no place for joking notes.
Reason: S.W.A.T. is supposed to be noticed for its professional work, it's reasonable to have this feature and offer members informations on suspects. This aint a direct buff for swat since it actually depends on how swat members will handle it, each note will be coming from a member experience and his colleagues will get to benefit from it. It's not a material advantage such as bomb or roadblock, but rather a way to make swat more considerate about each suspect behaviour when dealing with crimes which would allow us to see some outplayes and like the gameplay even more.
Note: Each member has the right to edit or delete his notes, but he'll have to adress the swat high command because only them can do that.
