Reason: Hello members, I've been thinking this thing for almost a week and I have my final decision, and that's to apply blackouts. I know some of you might think that I'm an active as cop or swat, yes I know. But this time, I'm trying to manage my time to use swat and civilian. Well, I want to join blackouts since it's a very active group and you have a great leader. I've seen many video clips that blackouts are cophunting, and it is very exciting to see those.
