Proof: Anything else: He spawned in blackouts it's temp i guess, iv seen him closing and opening the gates, after seeing me in that huge rob spree, he changed to a cop skin then cuffed me, i could run and escape, but i decided to give him money like what i did with the rest, but no he cuffed me again then arrested me, this isn't the problem, the problem is that he was on the cop skin just to arrest me, after arresting me he changed to a normal civilian . Think about it what an annoying kid why should we welcome such kids here ?

PH_Bear's temp rights are removed, however i'd still like a reply from him in his defense in the next 24 hours. Its unacceptable to be trusted with temporary rights and then abusing them. After his reply we will decide whether he should blacklisted or not and for how long.
