If anyone could help me... My normal ping is from 40-60 and something causes it to increase to 400 even 2500 than it stables back again.. What's going on?
Press on the Windows key and search for " services "
Search for " Windows Update "
Right click on it and press on " Properties "
Press on " stop " then disable it.
