Proof: Well, this is going to be a long one...
Proof one: User fallows me all the way to Fort Carson (where there is nothing of value, I was showing a user the tunnel I found a gift in) when Sa_Scrim rolls up and uses /rape three times. Per 2.1.2.2 A "hostile action" is successfully or unsuccessfully raping, robbing, or breaking as defined in 2.1.1.

This is important, as I made it VERY CLEAR Sa_Scrim is to not bother me in any way. I do not wish to associate with this user at all. In any way, shape, or form. Nothing good comes from it. I made this clear. He has a habit of intentionally provoking me, and then when I report, claiming either this is a joke, or that I am report hunting. I'm not provoking him in the slightest, that would make me a report hunter. But when I tell him to leave me alone, and he repeatedly tracks me down, that is provoking and harassment. The screenshots are clear, he is provoking me to report him so he can 1) claim I am report hunting in an effort to get me punished and 2) tarnish my reputation and 3) Try to make staff feel he is in the right.






Proof 2: User came to me as LSA. I alerted staff that I was about to be attacked by him again. Now, look VERY closely...

4:13:52 - 4:05:12 = 7:40, which is 2 minutes 20 seconds under the ten minute window. Hence, he now attacks me WITHIN the ten minute window after being asked to stop!

Now, let me explain this video. I was at LSA planning to go AFK for a bit, but noticed someone coming up. Soon as I saw it was Scrim, camera went on. I quickly used /adm to notify online staff that Scrim was about to attack me again. And then (because im a fucking idiot) I roll my car >.< he took advantage of that to rape me four times (remember, limit is 3 in ten minutes, and with this in the same window, we are up to 6). He also rammed me with his bike, but that didn't do much. I clipped the video and tried to escape as I thought he would leave me alone. I was wrong...


Video two: Now, I go back to regular recording. I'm still watching him, as I want to escape, and he returns. You see me clearly stop to consider what best to do. Ultimately, I tell him for the umpteenth time to "go away" and he performs a rob on me. This is now 7 hostile actions within ten minutes, and 5 within the same two video clips/


So, we have the following...
Fort carson: 2 rapes, starting at 3:52:39 ending at 4:05:12
LSA first video: 4 rapes, starting at 4:13:52 ending at 4:14:46
LSA second clip, same event: single robbery, starting at 4:14:47 ending at 4:15:24

Total time between the two events: 7 minutes, 40 seconds, making it within the ten minute window of time.
Total rapes: 6
Total robs: 1
Total number of hostile actions performed in the ten minute window: 7


Anything else: This user has been doing this to me for a very, VERY long time. He's been reported for insults and received numerous warnings for it. Here is the report I made that lead to his current behavior:

The user makes horrific comments, constantly. It's a daily occurrence. If you ask him to stop, no matter how nicely you do it, he will call our abhorrent names like lapdog, and ask other users to 'shove a cloth down your throat'. If you report him, he acts as if nothing is wrong, how nothing he says is wrong, issues a forced apology, then goes in game and tries to provoke you, and have others provoke you. He lies claiming it's all a joke, because a joke is over when you are asked numerous times to cease. And now that [Lsrcr]Immortal has told us to stop talking, he's doing everything he can to provoke a report so he can claim I am report hunting. Except..
1: I have stated the rules broken, and defined them
2: offer photographic proof and video proof
3: offer detailed testimony as well as time stamps, and crucial evidence to prove my case.
4: have offered a historical timeline of actions the user has performed

It's not report hunting when the user is actually trying to make your life hell, saying atrocious things, and you can offer solid proof.

This is when I logged in. I spawned and saw [Lsrcr]Koko and Sa_Scrim in the base as I spawn... note that both are in skin...


And now suddenly Sa_Scrim uses /kill and isn't in skin anymore...


Anyone want to guess why Sa_Scrim would suddenly, with no reason, use /kill to leave Blackout skin? If you guessed "To intentionally bitch and harass Karu" you win a sticker! Because he knows I record and if he does it in skin, he loses his Blackout's rights. However, he was NOT aware that I also use a CAMERA. Normally the camera is just running and I don't bother clipping it. It takes up an absurd amount of space on my drives, have to be found, uploaded, and everything else. It's a pain in the ass and you have to REALLY be doing some terrible things to make me go through the hassle... but in this case, the situation is grave enough to require it. He follows me from Blackout Base as soon as I leave (remember, he saw me log in, he KNOWS where I'm leaving from) and he chases me, through all of Los Santos while I clearly try to avoid him and clearly tell him to go away. It's not until [Lsrcr]Karthik logs in and I flub /adm that he stops. Until this point, he believed he could get away with it. But as soon as staff logged in, and he saw I contacted them, THAT'S when he stopped. Not when I asked the first time, or the second, or the dozens of times before tonight, but only when staff logs in. Why? Well simple: He knows if Karthik specs me and sees what he's doing, he gets in trouble, because this isn't allowed. But without knowing about my camera, he truly thought he could get away with this stalking/bitching/harassment until that point.






I do not know how much better PROOF an admin would need to see that user is obsessed with bitching, stalking, and harassing me with the sole goal of ruining my game play than this. The videos make it as clear as crystal that this user, Sa_Scrim, has the sole goal of making my life hell. The only reason he stopped when he did, was he saw me contact Karthik. You also see me in this video being truly scared, as I message [Lsrcr]Geri in reply to a house invite with "I'm being chased by a predator" and you see me use /adm to tell Karthik I need help. This is a final plea, please, PLEASE do something about this user!

1) If you look closely at the time intervals you would see that I did all this after 10 minute intervals. Look at the screenshots closely and look at the time.
2) Immortal do your investigation, I went bone country because a gift was spawned there and i was going after gift but i ended up raping karu because i met her there and its allowed.
3) I went lsa because i needed a helicopter and again i saw you there so i decided to rape.

Keep in mind all of this happening after 10 minute intervals.

4) If someone /rape you and breaks 1 of your cork that isnt considered a hostile action. So when you mentioned 7 hostile actions within 10 minutes you are lying and should be punished for lying on a report.
Im not afraid because if admins do their investigations you would see none of this happened all in 10 minutes.
5) You are not allowed to report someone for simply playing the game. I was doing my job because i spawned as rapist and its my profession.
6) Reason I /kill and spawned renegade is because as usual blackouts didnt have any drugs.
7) Everyone on the server this morning knew i was rapist because i was going around raping everyone on sight for score. I was not targeting you. you just happened to be around me at the time.

So in conclusion I did nothing wrong. I didn't break any rule of any sort. Please admins before you make a decision about this report do a close investigation and you would see that this player is a liar and should be banned from forums for lying on a report. I talked to some players about this same thing and they also agreed that I did nothing wrong.
And as for you karu next time you take a screenshot please screenshot the entire thing. I would like you to quote what Cyrex said after he said "3 hostile actions within a 10 min period is considered bitching"
You only screenshot whats relevant to your report but you dont screenshot the entire thing. In case you forgot lemme remind you. He said "A cork break isn't considered a hostile action. Only when you get raped then it is considered a hostile action."

If you cant handle getting raped by players who are playing the game fairly then this game isnt for you. You should consider leaving the server as it isnt fit for you. I keep saying it in all your reports. YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO ME. IM NOT GONNA JUST TARGET SOMEONE FOR CHILDISH REASONS LIKE THIS.
And no i wasnt ignoring your reply immortal i just simply didnt check forums till now.

1: Immortal pointed this out too, and it's perspective based. I'll let that go.
2: Wrong, The user I was with had gotten it already and had won a kart. You have no reason to continue in. That was a lie.
3: It's still repeatedly attacking someone who you've been told numerous times to leave alone.
4: That's under contest. Seems to be some arguement if it counts as hostile to break a cork or not, as it DOES cost money, but doesn't harm the user. Awaiting staff on that.
5: Wrong, you were spawned as HITMAN, your icon is clearly grey, another lie.
6: Also wrong, I was able to get some just fine. More lying...
7: Explain why you are CLEARLY a hitman in the fort carson shot? Staff can check, you took several hits this morning. You just lied in a report to avoid punishment. (correction: The screen is from after he raped, making him orange. But he WAS hitman, I am reviewing photologs for proof)

So in conclusion I did nothing wrong. I didn't break any rule of any sort.

You claim these are 'random encounters' yet the videos I posted show you clearly stalking me... very clearly, starting from Blackout base, all the way up to mulholland.

I talked to some players about this same thing and they also agreed that I did nothing wrong.

I spoke to Immortal, the same admin who told you to leave me alone, he agreed the videos of you stalking me were indicative of a rule break.

I have the proofs. Multiple proofs. You have been told time and time and time and time again to leave me alone. You 'just happen' to be in fort carson? You 'just happen' to be in LSA? You 'just happen] to follow me around in a banshee for several minutes over the course of several video clips for no reason and 'just happen' to reply "I wanna rape u" when told to leave me alone? Too many coincidences. The single most damning piece here is two parts...

1: You outright lied, and staff can and WILL check if you played as hitman and took hits today. Soon as they do, they have the proof you lied.
2: The video of you following me around as I tried to get away and said 'leave me alone' clearly shows that no, you are indeed stalking me with the intent to bitch and harass.

Now, staff, I know chatlogs are not valid proof, however, I have mine with a timestamp. I assure you, if you check server logs at this time, you'll see he was indeed a hitman. Also, if you check other logs from today, he was a hitman. Just check his hit score, should be enough to prove he outright lied in this. During the Fort Carson attack, the gift was already taken by gggzzzz000zzzz (or whatever the name is) and he was a hitman. As such, those are two lies you can check with server logs. Lies made to escape punishment.

In this clip i was following her to simply G in all honesty. I wanted to tell her that she cant report me for raping her. But when i saw her stop i saw the opportunity to rape her so i simply took it. It was after 10 min intervals so basically i didnt break any rules.
