Anything else: Hello, First of all let me explain to you guys what happened exactly.
I was trying to arrest Deve and diplo come to kill him ( except this directly steal ) so i cuffed him and diplo start uncuff him unfortunately i take the ss late and i asked him many times to allowpm to talk to him but he ignored me so i said i reported you and i'd like to thank diplo for proving that he uncuffed him, and as you can see he said it in my proofs, Thanks.

Anyways, let me explain what happened there as a defense for my situation

Firstly, we both were chasing the same suspect, can't be said either yours nor mine
During the combat after I gave him some damage, you starting cuffing thus I was uncuffing him so we can continue our fight

Secondly, nothing wrong about uncuffing a suspect unless it happens continuously, in that case you could report me for it as a community annoyance

Dude you don't even have any evidence I uncuffed him, I myself confirmed it to you because I'm being honest and since I'm trying to be honest, as I stated above ''It can't be said either the suspect was yours or mine'' since we both were chasing him at the same time

You are the one reporting me, you should be having your evidence

And once again, you have no evidence and I'm confirming you, yes, I uncuffed him multiple times because again,

You could report for community annoyce if I was purposely stalking you to uncuff your suspects, but in this case no rule was broken and you are clearly report-hunting me

And lastly, for you, there is no existence for such word ''uncuff abuse'', please elaborate the reason you're reporting someone for for the next times

It's hard to tell if you engaged the suspect first and not diplo.
Also, we usually take no action for such regard unless it happens too often and to a point that sorts as community annoyance.

No action will be taken.
