He was c-bugging a lot but i wasn't recording, that's why i started recording, so i request a harsh punishment on him because it seems like he doesn't want to stop c-bugging,

well I waiting you about it dude First thing you bothering me A lot anywhere in the city and constantly Use /loc to me I didn't do c bug and nice lie also you did c bug many times and i wasn't record to you So you Lucky much You're always a conceited person and I'm sorry for saying this, but your hate sticks with you everywhere I think I haven't done anything wrong Even if I did, how much would I accidentally say it and for the first time I heard about c bug m4 but from my side i will respect Staff decision and no reply again

The C bug rule is here to prevent players from getting an advantage by rapid firing / cancelling the animation (mainly for sniper and deagle). M4 gives you no advantage, unnecessary to report nor punish for this.
