It's time I admit I was removed from staff because over the past few months I was quick to ban anyone I thought aimbotted. Seniors overruled nearly all bans I placed because I had "no proof" . I also shared confidential admin info to my friends, and this is the first time I am admitting this since I'm leaving anyways

I know I was a good admin but recently something just changed and I feel I need to work on my health issues

So, I watched the video you recently posted with a title of ''Lsrcr shitty management'', at the beginning you said ''I was kicked of the staff team for banning two cheaters; Mateej & Diplo'' which obviously means that you are yet denying you were mistaken. Was it that hard to say ''Sorry I was wrong/took unproper decision''? Instead of insisting that you're correct any everyone else isn't? You banned me for something I haven't used and before banning me, you didn't even TP me nor had a mature conversation about it with me before taking your deicison I mean at least ask to check my pc/laptop before immediate banning me like that... You check cafe players' pcs/laptops and not a tagged member & community supporter who has been serving/playing for more than 5 years? By this, who knows who else you banned unfairly during the period you served as a staff member... Hopefully no one else though...

Shiny, I do not think you were ever a 'bad' admin, far from it. I think you just fell into the "I'm staff, you're wrong, shut up" mentality that plagues many staff who burn out from trying to take on too much at one time. I myself went through that once on a server. So many players openly hacking, so many bans, and that case the owner would let them go after 30 days! I got fed up and left. But I don't feel you had that option, so you just tried to bear with it, which is something no one can do forever.

That said, I hope once you feel better you come back to us. Don't rush yourself, take your time, but once your better, come back for a bit. Even if it's just to say hello. We worry about our friends, and mistakes or not, you ARE our friend. You need to know that. No matter what happens, we do still care about you. I only hope you care about us the same.
