Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: not sure, probably when limited cuffs were added
Describe the bug: amount of cuffs you have don't decrease when you arrest suspect
Frequency: always
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: go cop > /info, check how many cuffs you have > /cuff /ar suspect > /info, check how many cuffs you have

Update log:

- Law Enforcement spawn with a limited amount of cuffs. And accordingly, /givecuffs has been added.
* When a law enforcer /cuffs a player, they will use one of their cuffs, if this law enforcer arrests that player, they will get their cuffs back.
*** Law enforcement can only lose their cuffs if the player gets auto-uncuffed or if someone else arrests the suspect.
*** A broken cuff (/bc) can not be retrieved.
*** Cuffs can be replenished from weapon checkpoints at Cop / Faction bases and also can be replenished by entering Law Enforcement vehicles.
