Why should it be accepted: Recently, Pagati got a very long needed update, and the dev team really outdid themselves on it. It's drastically increased activity, and we now have far more to do than just take hits. However, as with most things, if it can be abused, it WILL be abused. In this case, I had several groups (Durcrew and TGOLS) requesting air drops. There were other hitmen online, and I decided to allow them to handle the hits while I did the Pagati job of delivering product. However, as I as delivering said product, a user suddenly came up and began to shoot me. No reason, no care, just blatantly shooting me. I informed said user that Deathmatching is not allowed, however he had a hit. I informed him I was NOT active as a hitman for Pagati, but rather was moving product, and had no desire to harm him or anyone else. He stilled killed me, and made me restart my trip to fetch the next airdrop. A short time later, I am again heading to an airdrop, and this same user again slaughters me, despite me not firing a shot, and not having any intention to harm him.
Were I a normal hitman, the one with the black name, I would support this behavior. However, this new update means not all Pagati will be working as active hitmen. If I mean no harm to the user, they should absolutely not be hunting me down and attempting to interfere with my work delivering product just because they have a hit. Killing a Pagati in self defense is acceptable, but only if it is SELF DEFENSE, not just hunting down someone filling orders. This has also been an issue in the past where people with hits will go to the Pagati base and kill members who are roleplaying, not taking hits.
My suggestion is that users should not be allowed to hunt down Pagati members. If the member is actively trying to take their hit, then self defense is allowed, but no one with a hit should be just hunting down Pagati ruining valid RP and valid orders.
TL;DR: Forbid users with hits hunting Pagati members doing RP/deliveries if the Pagati member isn't claiming hits.
Edit: We now seem to have a new form of abuse going on. Users are PMing Pagati members who are doing airdrops and RPs and such asking for us to go claim their hit. USUALLY this means they want to log out, or do something they can't do while they have an active hit. Pagati should be roleplaying these hits, but we seem to have the issue of people saying "Come take my hit" and when we go to roleplay it so they can log out/do activities they take advantage of us by killing us with premade traps and robbing us. Players should NOT be allowed to ask for their hit to be claimed if the intent is solely to kill us/rob us. Likewise, I think a Pagati rule should be that we, as roleplay hitmen, should NOT rob people who ask us to claim their hits or are killed during a roleplay, as it's simply a dong move.
