I read this toips the report from Kura to Mr Mahmoud before giving this vote and I read the rules before giving this vote, and you read the rules before making a report? https://ibb.co/cyqV7hn anything here explain Natural for Unknown Attitude it's not allowed or Negative for Unknown Attitude?

So as we all know, members may not vote Negative for "Unknown Attitude" which means that I cannot vote with "No" to someone I don't know or I didn't team up with in-game, but in this case, Mr.Mahmoud has voted with Neutral for "Unknown Attitude" which is a valid reason since he doesn't know the applicant and doesn't know his attitude so voting with Neutral is not like a "yes" or "no" it's like a middle ground between the two and it's allowed in cases like this.

I will advise you guys to not vote on any application that you don't know, either it's Positive/Negative/Neutral it doesn't matter because you clearly don't know what you are doing so please, if you don't know the applicant then don't vote on his application ok ?

Now $Thomas, it became pretty clear after I have answered the previous report that was made by Karu but you still went to report Fierce_Warrior for that, I will only warn you this time and if this happens again you will be punished as I have explained everything and you have been told to not vote if the applicant is unknown to you.
