Why should it be accepted : hello there as youve already seen i explained everything in detail and put alot of effort and time into this because as we all know there is a lack of players in lsrcr recently and ive decided to try to make a suggestion that will bring back some players and we can all have fun just like the black market addition!
This is a really important suggestion as it should be considered a big chance to "revive" lsrcr ( its not really dead dead ) and players will enjoy this alot since its new , i hope you guys consider this and have a look into it because its a really cool and fun suggestion , sorry if the explanation of it seems to be too long but atleast i explained it clearly , this was also a suggestion that johncarer did so i added on it so it keeps lsrcr a rac server

I would love to see this but little different than you explained.
LV and SF (and locations outside cities like Angel Pine) would be split in like 6-7 territories and groups would have ability to own these territories.
Now the question is what would group get by owning specific teritory? Money? Ability to kill as hitman players who rob shops in group's teritory? Group score? Group rewards? That's up to seniors. Fighting over teritory without getting anything seems pointless.

On lsrcr site a timer would be set up which would show when specific teritory could be overtaken. Each teritory could be fought for once every two weeks.
For 'fight' to start at least 5 players from at least 2 groups would have to be in teritory. Once fight starts, teritory would turn into RP zone (with disabled headshots) or DM would be possible. Fight would last for 15 minutes. If you die, you can come again. Winner would be group with best ratio of kills per member or something similar. LEOs could join and better prizes would be set for killing criminals. Tazers, shocks, drugs and injections would be disabled.

This requires a lot of work and could be major update for V10 which will hopefully improve server's and players activity.

The idea of killing the robbers as hitman is really great it will increase the crime activity in the server which is really needed because we always find 80% cops and 10% criminals and 10% others (faction,civilian)

I agree with everything else but if revenge killing is allowed and if you keep dying and going back that makes it impossible to lose the teritory if you started it , revenge killing rule is really suitable for this type of things so it could balance things .

These suggestions are good but it takes a time, Good for v.10 later, but it should not be everyday. Make it once or two in a week.

Bump!! @MASTRO knows very well what's needed here! also if we add some rewards for the top group in points table it will surely increase activity of ground and criminal.
