Purchasing a Luxury House

Currently looking to purchase a Luxury House (The ones in Little Mexico with the cars and such) for 15-20 DPS depending on interior, as I would like to have the 3rd interior, and may need to donate extra to have it changed if another interior is already in use there. I am flexible on the offer. Please do NOT contact me about this if you are NOT selling/do not having a luxury house to sell.
