Describe the bug: Your RP name wont show up if you are in the RPZONE (not a member)
Frequency: always
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: Go outside the PG ZONE , Type /rpmode , do /w (type anything) , your rp name would show up if you have one , go inside the PG ZONE , type /w (anything) , your RP name wont show up

Should be fixed on the restart.
