well, if he continue doing this shit things and steal my suspects and me only just, he have stole a lot of suspect by the people, also this is not the first time he doing this, I just want from the staff tell him to stop bitching annoying stealing the suspects constantly I just wanted to report him this time I don't have more proofs because I forgive him already, but after he stole right now, I'll report him from order stop stealing our suspects, I hope the staff take an action aganist him, thanks

Your evidence only illustrates one occasion where the player has stolen your suspect. This is not enough to suggest the player was intentionally carrying out the act to bother you. Stealing suspects is only an issue if it is repetitive and targets one player in particular.
