Reason: (Hi, it's me here once again SneaX re-applying again for Blackouts. Last time, I've been denied for the reason "NOT READY", but I think this time I'm ready to join this gang. I'm really determined to be one of the group once again, getting denied also motivates me not to give up, 'cuz giving up means going to lose. I think I've also fixed my attitude with other members and I've increased by criminal activity. I really wanna join this gang 'cuz almost all of my friends here are in this group. If you'll accept me here, I swear you won't regret. The only thing lacks frome right now is my in-game activity, it's because I've joined a CrossFire tournament, that's why I ain't playing samp for a days right now. The rules part consists out a total of 11 questions and you may only have two questions incorrect, otherwise you will fail and be denied.
