Why should it be accepted: So events are awesome im not gonna lie. They keep the server active and everyone gets a chance to host events which is cool and all but recently there has been way too much events going on. I kid you not every 10 mins there is an event. Now this has severely affected the server because no one wants to play as criminal or cop and the server is basically dead because of that. Everyone wants to be in event leaving no criminals to be chased and hardly any cops. An idea I had was to limit the events hosted by the event coordinators to about 2 or 3 events per week. This way everyone will still be able to play in events and the server can still function normal.

It's very much a temporary thing. The new event coordinators don't have much experience with hosting yet, so we need to run events to get used to the systems. Give in a few weeks and we'll be hosting them far less often. Right now it's more of a "hey new feature!" thing, and it'll die off to more normal levels once everyone gets ahold of what's going on.

Pretty much what Karu said, the increased amount of events that the server has witnessed recently is only to get the event team members familiar with the newly assigned duties. It's a phase where the event coordinators are using the event system to report bugs or make suggestions that will ensure a better quality for long-term usage. I understand your concerns but it's only a matter of time, things will soon go back to its normal state.

Karu and Veen pretty much explained everything, I understand your concerns but just give it some time and everything will go back to Normal (and by that I mean Balanced).
Also 2-3 events per week is very low in my opinion cuz i know some ppl that are willing to get in game only to attend those events.

i am really agree also with /FLASH there many people's coming to the server to order join those events and actually i enjoyed a lot today in those events and i know and i understand which thing you afraid from about But just try to giving them more time and everything will be good In END am i personally i don't agree with this suggestion -1 sorry

Well i think u are right, but that much of events u say per week is too low.
but if 1 event per 30minutes (i mean if admins can add a timer for it) it will be cool and balanced
i dont give positive or negative, i just came with idea to balance it.

As I said, for the moment we're just running many events because we're getting used to the systems. There is A LOT of different things that go into an event, and we have to learn all it. Most of it is trial by error and experimentation. I myself have been running a DM in Fort Carson several times, and the reason? Because each time I study what needs improved, what needs changed, what needs fixed. I'm not the only one who is doing this either. We just need time to learn it all so we can best serve the playerbase with GOOD events. Once everything gets done, and we feel truly comfortable with the system, there will be limits kind of like this. I don't know how much I can actually explain without staff banhammering me for leaking things, but I know kind of how the limits will be set.

The main purpose of this game is to enjoy. As long as people are enjoying, and continue to join the game I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND that events should be held more often. As far as cops and robbers mode is concerned, please understand that LSRCR does no longer seem a cops and robber server. It used to be so fun back in the days when people actually used to rob shops and they used to get chased by cops. Just because you want to cop hunt doesn't mean that events should no longer be held. Rather, in my opinion this is a better opportunity for robbers who can earn money pretty easily when others are busy in event. I my self 90% of the time play as a cop and I don't mind 0 criminals when events are being held. So please let everyone enjoy, and kudos to the event hosters who waste their times and energy to host such events.
