This isn't abuse. I'll upload the full video right now. But not once did I fire a shot at you. I was messaging Unlucky trying to get him tested for Pagati. I DID try earlier, but you managed to get away. I made it clear I was giving up, and going to try and test Unlucky. If I was shooting you or something I'd understand, but no, I just standing there being nonhostile and trying to set up a test.

ok, videos are done.

So, I had been in there for a pretty good time. I refilled my armor, got some drugs, and did /takedrugs 25. You can see in this video when it ends, so thats how long I had been in there. The video starts when you started your attempts to deathmatch me while also seeing I was messaging unlucky.


In this one, Unlucky sadly couldn't do the test because he had to go eat. I checked my discord while assuring you I had no intention of taking your hit. I have other responsibilities as a Caporegime than just taking hits. One of those is testing. I saw that Blod_moon wanted tested for Buzzards, so I switched skins.


Were you a hitman, and if I had a hit, then yes, this would be abuse. However I had already been in there a while, and was just trying to set up a test for Unlucky. I'm not sure why you think it's ok to just randomly hunt down Pagati who are doing official Pagati things just because you have a hit, but that's pretty uncool. Like I said, I have work to do besides fight. I don't feel I abused anything. I'd been in there long enough, and I wasn't being hostile to you. I just wanted to get Unlucky's test done.

I looked up the rules...

Enter an instanced or other area separated from what is accessible by the general public while being chased by someone allowed to kill you per rule 2.1.1.
EXCEPTIONS to rule 2.1.7:
Entering an area that the chaser can enter is not a violation of rule 2.1.7.
A criminal may escape law enforcement by entering the black market and is not a violation of rule 2.1.7.

However...

Shooting or otherwise causing damage to innocent players as an innocent or law enforcement officer.
Shooting or otherwise causing damage to another player who you successfully robbed, raped, broke, etc. before they attacked you first.
Shooting or otherwise causing damage to another player who only unsuccessfully robbed, raped, broke, etc. you.

I never shot at you in the a significant time before entering there. I went in there while not in combat with you, and so I had not engaged you in combat. While the rule states robbery and such, I think that unless a hitman is actually trying to kill you, you don't have a reason to kill them. I wasn't trying to kill you, so you had no reason to attack me yet.

Way back at alcatraz I tried, and I failed. I decided to go test Unlucky instead. I can upload the video with timestamp, it'll show how long I was out of combat with you if you want.

That's a full four minutes between my attempt, and you coming after me. I went directly from alcatraz to VIP club on a faggio, went inside, got armor and drugs, and tried to set up a test with Unlucky. Then you showed up and started accusing me of abuse and trying to shoot me, despite me not making a hostile action to you after your drowning death, which is on this video, or in any of the time after then.


Staff can also check chatlogs between those times. You asked me to duel and said come kill you, and I repeatedly told you no. You knew I wasn't taking your hit, but chose to hunt me down in the VIP club anyways.

Please await a staff decision.
