Aim assist is a crappy version of aimbot. Basically just locks on the target for your crosshairs. I've no idea if mobile SA-MP has it, I never worked on it. I never even knew the team was designing it, I'll make some calls there. But it was just a question. I have no clue, and I'm not accusing. I just am curious.
